I've been using Scan for several years now and I've never had a single problem with their service. Although I am currently in the process of RMAing a faulty soundcard, things are progressing ok. With the delay to delivery, I can't think of any other website that doesn't do that. You simply got unlucky twice with Scan. It could have happened to you on any number of computer parts retailers.
