Absolute chalk and cheese, but I already knew that as I own the HD-DVD release and the standard DVD (as yourself) and the difference is staggering. The section I noticed the largest changes on where at JP's house where you see all the toys, it's breathtaking.

Whilst it's not the best picture I've seen in HD (it would be massively disappointing if it was), seeing the original version I think it's by far and away the biggest leap. I did however think the leap to Blu-Ray was as big as Video to DVD if you're judging picture, but not sound. Some of the films out there are breathtaking though, I think the most shocked I've been was with Elizabeth: The Golden Age on HD-DVD, the detail on the clothing is amazing, HD was made for that kind of thing, although Transformers was amazing too.

Glad AxelMusic worked out okay for you, they were great for me too. I only really use them or Movietyme if I'm buying online.

I actually picked up 3 Blu-Rays yesterday, The Bank Job, The Golden Compass and Vantage Point, so I'm looking forward to seeing those.
